Agreement between Point 35 and Novellus Systems
Point 35 Microstructures Ltd have signed a License agreement with Novellus Systems for the supply of C1 to the European market - new systems, refurbished systems and size conversions.
In addition Point 35 have the licence to supply OEM parts and service on C1 and C2 toolsets within Europe.
Along with Point 35's world class expertise on PECVD hardware and process, this agreement enables high quality and cost effective customer engineering support to existing C1 users and new customers.
