Point 35 Microstructures Complete Board Restructuring |

The industry's leading supplier of memsstar MEMS wafer processing equipment, and refurbished semiconductor wafer processing equipment has completed a re-structuring of its board after many months of search and selection for non-executive Directors.
Peter Connock joins as Non Executive Chairman and brings to the board many years of experience in executive management with industry leaders and institutions. Peter is the founder of Draak Strategic Marketing based in the Netherlands, and has 25+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with Applied Materials and BOC Edwards. Peter also sits on several committees for SEMI Europe (http://www.semi.org/).
Fred Hallsworth has been appointed to manage investor liaison, and brings many years of experience in corporate finance. Fred has spent his career helping technology companies complete their fundraising, M&A, IPO and exit transactions.
